1. General Terms

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification
o9bit reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
2.3 Account Transfer
No account may be sold, transferred, or shared with a third party. Account ownership belongs solely to the person who registered it.
3. Age Verification and Eligibility
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on o9bit and participate in any casino or betting activity. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
If false information about age is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and bonuses will be considered void. If there is any doubt about a user's age, proof of age documents may be requested at any time.

4. Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

6. Bonuses and Promotions
o9bit bonuses are offered under specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to these conditions.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — that is, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
6.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is active
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met
- Winnings from bonuses are withdrawable up to a maximum of ৳50,000
- Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected
6.3 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback is provided under the o9bit VIP program. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. Example: a Gold Tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.
7. Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when participating in sports betting, casino games, and live casino on o9bit.
7.1 Betting Limits
Each game or event has specific minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly stated in the game interface. o9bit reserves the right to change the betting limits for any user.
7.2 Cancellations and Result Disputes

7.3 Live Betting
In live betting, bets placed before a market is suspended or closed are generally considered valid. However, o9bit reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to an obvious technical error.
8. Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited:
- Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent or deceptive means
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
- Using bots or automated software to play games
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other users to influence casino or betting outcomes
- Participating in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor to do so
o9bit reserves the right to monitor and investigate any suspicious activity and is obliged to provide information to law enforcement agencies if required.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by o9bit
o9bit may suspend or permanently close an account at any time in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated
- If false or incomplete information is provided
- If identity verification fails or the user does not cooperate
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period
9.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time. To do so, send a request via our 24/7 live chat or email. Withdraw any valid balance before closing the account. Any active bonuses on a closed account will be cancelled.
